Coordination and implementation of the VALOREN Programme in Portugal on behalf of the Portuguese Ministry of Planning. Creation of Regional teams in charge of the diffusion and technical advice for VALOREN projects.
This structure was responsible for the very successfull impact of VALOREN Programme in Portugal, where execution rate exceeded 100% (an extra budget of 15 MECU was allocated for Portugal which initially had been given 65 MECU). The total investment on VALOREN Programme represented 200 MECU (1987-1991).
